Reduced Admission to Official Afterparties with festival ticket

Present your Electric Zoo festival ticket at the door at Pacha for $25 reduced admission to that night's Official Electric Zoo Afterparty. (A Saturday festival ticket gets you in to Saturday's Afterparty for $25 at the door, a Sunday festival ticket gets you in to Sunday's Afterparty for $25 at the door.)

Lineups for the afterparties will be announced exclusively via twitter.com/ElectricZooNY

Set Times Announced!

Unfortunately, Axwell has had to cancel his performance and has issued this statement:

I'm so sorry I can't be there for Electric Zoo. For personal reasons I have to stay home. I was so looking forward to playing this event in New York and hope to see you all next year,

Official Afterparties - tickets on sale now!

The Electric Zoo Official Afterparties will take place at Pacha New York on Saturday, Sept 5 and Sunday, Sept 6 starting at 11pm each night. Advance tickets are available now for $20 while supplies last. These are 21+ events. Click for details and tickets

No tobacco sold on Randall's Island

An important note for you tobacco users - there will be no cigarettes or other tobacco products sold on Randall's Island, so if you must smoke, make sure you bring enough cigarettes to get you through the day.

I think we'd all prefer if you didn't chew tobacco, because that's really gross.

Not a lot of pipe smokers these days. And cigar smoking is for old guys. I know you young cigar smokers disagree, but seriously, leave it to the old guys.

So really all we're saying is, if you're going to have a nic fit if you run out of cigarettes, make sure you bring enough for that not to happen. Thanks.

No umbrellas

Just added to the list of prohibited items: umbrellas.
For everyone's safety, no umbrellas allowed.
Besides, life's not about waiting for the storm to pass,
it's about learning to dance in the rain.

But it's probably not going to rain, in which case
you really don't need to worry about any of this.

You need shade, too, we know - don't worry; we gotcha covered.

Doors and box office will open at 11am

Doors will open at 11am each day, as will the box office, instead of at noon as previously reported. The show will start at noon each day.

Junior Boys DJ Set added/Tom Middleton Chillout Set added/Chateau Flight moved to main stage

Sunday lineup changes just in:
1. Junior Boys DJ Set has been added in the Grove Discoteque
2. Tom Middleton will be doing a chillout set on the main stage (in addition to his set in the Grove Discoteque)
3. Chateau Flight has been moved to the Main Stage

Ferry tickets on sale now

NY Water Taxi will be offering daily service to and from Randall's Island Park for both days of the festival. Choose to depart from E. 35th St or E. 90th St in Manhattan, or Hunter's Point in Queens. The price is $10 each way, while supplies last.

A note about drinks

Just want to make it clear that mixed drinks/liquor will be available to purchase in the VIP Lounge ONLY. That means you'll need to buy a VIP Pass if you want access to mixed drinks/liquor. There will be beer, wine, and champagne available to purchase in the General Admission area and in the VIP Lounge, but no mixed drinks/liquor in the General Admission area.
